  Why does the government keep spending billions of our dollars employing incompetent people who manage the development of systems that do not work properly. For example the new Medicare Express AP constantly returns a message that it is unable to process a claim due to being 'unable to establish a stable signal'' ( the main reason for which it was developed) and yet the connection is stable enough to allow me to log on and enter all the claim details. Is this an accidental fault in the system or was it allowed to occur by design?

  Unfortunately this centre deals with Medicare only, I wish they did also Centrelink

  Impossible to use the gov site and when you phone you just get a message saying they are too busy to talk to you and terminate the call. What a disastrous mess and what bureaucratic failure. What must we the people do to get government to be competent.

  Brilliant. Amazing service. Very helpful. My issue was sorted after 2 and a half hours on the phone. What more could you ask for. Keep up the good work medicare

  Impossible to get through... have tried for 4 days with waiting periods of 45 minutes... i think they designed this telephone service NOT to work..
