  6 times my car has been in your garage since I bought a faulty car from you 8 months ago. Everytime im told my problem has been fixed so please explain why im currently in the middle of surfers with a broken down car. I expect a full refund on my car this is disgusting

  EXTREMELY BAD and unprofessional service by the so called 'manager'. Our IX35 is under 18 months old, AC stopped working with 2 kids in the car in the middle of summer and the so called Manager was so rude and said itl take 3+ weeks to even fit us in to be looked at other then that he couldn't help us at all..... Southport was HEAPS better and fit us it the next day with no hassles at all. The Robina dealer is rude and good luck if you have a problem....
