  The management here is a joke. Wanted to check out the iPad pro and get technical details preferably in person, so to make a suitable decision. 45 minutes and counting, all I see is people either faking and wiping off same equipment’s repeatedly whilst moving around just to talk to other, so called apple experts who are no different to even bother greeting anybody and it was a slow Thursday afternoon with barely few customers. In fact the staff is so demotivated towards their work that at least 2 of them undoubtedly quickly moved their faces away on eye contact before I could call for help. What a shame this happens at a brand like Apple Store.

  My phone didn't work when I was in Cairns and I've already brought repairing shop in Cairns but ther colud not fix it. I wanted to go to Apple store first but there is no Apple store near Cairns. That's why I came here by car. But they did not help me. I was really really disappointed about this store. I've just wanted to change new one. Because I thought It's natunal fault. but they did not. I had no choice. I will never used iPhone forever.
