  A young man provided amazing service and was very knowledgeable re a Samsung phone I purchased overseas - solved my issue and provided great advice. Wish I got his name so I could mention it here (He had spent some time in China). A very happy customer!

  Absolutely ridiculous that there's no way of contacting the store or ANYONE for that matter simply to found out if they stock a particular Samsung item (U flex headphones). I'm expected to drive all the way out to Robina and battle with Christmas shoppers to find parking, simply to ask whether they have the item.

  I brought in my GearFit2, because the display had been flickering for a while. It took some time to get the order processed. But the next day, the watch was already ready for collection - with a replaced screen. Very impressive.

  Extremely dissatisfied with them. Bought a samsung gear s3 frontier online and there is something wrong with NFC chip. Took it there so they would have a look. They refused to even have a look at my device and they said because its international device. (I bought it online from Australian company). Such a thing would never happen with Apple. Samsung need to focus more on customer service.
