  Went into this store today to look at Ghd's. I have had good recommendation before from the girls at this hairhouse. I asked them what other straightners were popular at the moment. They let me try a few and i ended up taking a halo Farrah because of my thick hair. I think i am in love! My hair has never straightened so well and feels amazing! Highly recommend to have them help you with any hair problem!

  Extremely disappointing service. I was initially quoted $55 for GHD curls and booked an appointment in person for later that week. When I went back the employee working informed me the cost would in fact be $90 instead and that she 'didn't know why I was initially quoted so low'.

  The manager said they usually 'requote' on the day. I see little point in this when they had already seen my hair and could have given an honest initial quote.

  Great staff that actually know what their talking about. Had my hair done here. They understood exactly what I wanted and delivered. So happy with it would highly recommend A++++

  The store return policy is horrible. They not allow to returne priduct that is not match the description. When you want to purchase something they will say all the good staff of it and persuade you to buy other products. When you want to return the product they just not listen to you. They will try to say there is normal about the product it is the way it should be. Even the product has warranty. They will not change it for you because they can not afford to send the product away. I never had this terrible shopping experience before. I will never go back to this store. Be careful with what they sell you.

  Its very poor business practice to not honor a quote, particularly when I went to the neighboring hair salon and got the job done for $55.
