  Your customer care is non existent, your staff should remember it's not only the young ones who spend money in your store. This appears to be endemic to the three stores I have visited. Even your security people on the door are rude. I will not be revisiting any time soon. Get your staff to speak with customers instead of between themselves.

  Been here heaps of times and always received friendly service from staff. Prices are quite reasonable and are happy to match with lower prices from different stores!

  I walked in to the Robina Town Centre prepared to buy a new TV and hard drive and media player and possibly sound system . I bought all of this these things. The worker recommended all the items as a perfect setup and said it will be a easy and good setup. The hard drive I was sold was a 4th WD hard drive. Little did he know the hard drive was to large in size to be recognized by my media player so I asked to return it for one that can be recognized. My response was talk to WD, and the business hours for WD wasn't suitable for me as I was working when they were open and wasn't when they were shut. So I asked for a refund or downgrade to something to suit and I all I will receive I'd store credit and 100% 0 help from the workers . Very unhappy with how I've been treated and I know how customers should be treated I manage a nationwide retail shop and understand good customer service. Which is something jb hifi is lacking

  What wonderful service. pHo went the distance and then some. We bought a heap of stuff and will be back.
